You’re excited about this opportunity because you will… Serve as a trusted antitrust/competition advisor to product, business, and corporate development teams, delivering fast, practical counsel that lets the business move with velocity while properly managing risk. Advise on the competition and antitrust dimensions of M&A transactions, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships, partnering closely with Corporate Development and our sales teams. Manage antitrust and competition regulatory investigations and inquiries globally. Help build out DoorDash’s international competition compliance program, partnering with the Director, Competition & Litigation on training, policies, and processes across DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo. Support competition-related litigation matters as needed, including document collection and review, witness preparation, and responses to third-party subpoenas. Partner with policy and government relations team
