About the Role As the leader of a large, high-performing team of data scientists, you’ll own the analytics strategy for DoorDash Ads for Restaurants—one of the company’s fastest-growing and most dynamic businesses. You’ll guide a team spanning multiple levels of seniority to drive insights and decisions across a multi-sided marketplace, optimizing across consumer and merchant outcomes . In your first few months, you’ll establish clear priorities, align cross-functional partners in product, engineering, sales, and strategy, and set the analytical vision for sustainable growth.
