About the Role: Tubi's content platform is the engine behind one of the largest free streaming services in the world. Every play, every deal, every creator, every frame of video flows through systems CPE owns, and the surface area is enormous. Distributed services running on the hottest path of Tubi's traffic. Video pipelines processing one of the largest workloads in streaming. Workflow engines automating the operations that used to consume entire teams. Creator-facing products turning a back-office process into a real platform. And on top of all of it, an AI-native rebuild of the CMS that most companies aren't willing to attempt. This isn't a single-domain role. It's a platform where backend, frontend, video, infrastructure, and applied AI all collide at the scale where decisions actually matter, where an architectural choice ripples across millions of titles and billions of requests, and where the difference between "good enough" and "great" shows up in revenue. We're looking for builders who want to range across domains — backend one quarter, frontend the next, applied AI the one after that — and who want their work to be felt: by viewers when a title plays instantly, by creators when they go live the same day, by Content Ops when a workflow runs itself, and by the business when the platform stops being a cost center and starts being a force multiplier. The infrastructure is already there. The mandate is already there. What's missing is the people who want to build the thing, not talk about it. Come build it. This is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto office. You must be willing to travel to our Toronto office two days/week. What You'll Do: You'll work on systems that sit at the heart of Tubi's business, where the content pipeline meets the viewer, the creator, and increasingly, the AI agent. The work spans the full stack of a modern content platform: distributed services, video infrastructure, workflow automation, and applied AI, all running at

We treat infrastructure as a product: reliable, fast to provision, and invisible to the teams above it. As a Senior Staff Software Developer on Core Infrastructure, you will own the architectural evolution of three deeply interconnected domains: service mesh and connectivity, compute platform, and infrastructure provisioning. Your decisions will directly shape engineering velocity, operational reliability, and Robinhood's ability to expand to new regions and markets. This is not an operations role — it's a once-in-a-platform-lifecycle opportunity to redesign the foundation before complexity becomes permanent! We build the platforms and frameworks that enable load testing, fault injection, and resilience validation at scale — treating reliability as a developer productivity problem, not just an operations one. Our work directly raises the quality bar for every service Robinhood ships, and we partner closely with engineering teams across the organization to make resilience testing a seamless part of the development workflow. Sigma is transforming how businesses allow customers to build apps, agents and dashboards on top of governed enterprise data. Hence, we are growing the design team and looking for designers who are excited to solve challenging problems, deliver impactful capabilities throughout our stack to build world-class technology. You will be part of a talented team of designers with a shared mission to make data easily accessible for all users. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer / Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of interaction design and AI engineering: someone who uses AI to ship faster, builds the skills and evals that make AI more effective, and invents new interaction paradigms for how people work alongside intelligent systems. This isn't a traditional design role. Yes you'll be using Figma, but also writing code with AI, training it, evaluating it, and questioning every assumption about what a "UI" can be when the interface itself reasons. Please note this is a 4 day on-site role in our San Francisco office. What You'll Do Start with AI, stay with AI. Use LLMs to clarify scope, draft specs, surface edge cases, and align your team before committing to a direction, use AI coding tools to build and iterate on the solution itself, and merge code to prod when fits. Prototype in code. Build working interfaces with Cursor and Claude Code, guiding structure, behavior, interaction, motion and UX quality while AI handles implementation. Partner directly with engineering to decide what moves into the product and what stays as a validated spike. Bring it to production. Fix small interaction and refinement issues directly on prod code.
