You will partner closely with design, product management and design systems to govern, evaluate, deploy, and scale AI-driven design capabilities — making our 60+ person design org dramatically faster, more consistent, and highly innovative. This is a tactical, execution-focused builder role for an operations leader who is deeply curious about AI tools, understands modern UX workflows, and excels at change management, team enablement, and operationalizing new frameworks.
