Responsibilities: Own relationships across a portfolio of strategic healthcare partners and Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) partners, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor Drive quarterly revenue goals by expanding existing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities within identified segments Partner with engineering and product teams to guide technical integrations, ensuring partners are set up for success and fully leveraging Lyft's API platform capabilities Develop a deep understanding of each partner's business, goals, and challenges — using data to uncover opportunities for growth and operational improvement Build expertise in healthcare transportation to anticipate partner needs and add strategic value beyond day-to-day account management Collaborate cross-functionally with teams across strategy, product, marketing, and legal to deliver for your partners Lead change management efforts and proactively identify ways to improve processes and drive efficiency Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management in Salesforce CRM Experience: 4+ years of experience in account management, b
