Sigma is transforming how businesses allow customers to build apps, agents and dashboards on top of governed enterprise data. Hence, we are growing the design team and looking for designers who are excited to solve challenging problems, deliver impactful capabilities throughout our stack to build world-class technology. You will be part of a talented team of designers with a shared mission to make data easily accessible for all users. We're looking for a Senior Product Designer / Design Engineer who sits at the intersection of interaction design and AI engineering: someone who uses AI to ship faster, builds the skills and evals that make AI more effective, and invents new interaction paradigms for how people work alongside intelligent systems. This isn't a traditional design role. Yes you'll be using Figma, but also writing code with AI, training it, evaluating it, and questioning every assumption about what a "UI" can be when the interface itself reasons. Please note this is a 4 day on-site role in our San Francisco office. What You'll Do Start with AI, stay with AI. Use LLMs to clarify scope, draft specs, surface edge cases, and align your team before committing to a direction, use AI coding tools to build and iterate on the solution itself, and merge code to prod when fits. Prototype in code. Build working interfaces with Cursor and Claude Code, guiding structure, behavior, interaction, motion and UX quality while AI handles implementation. Partner directly with engineering to decide what moves into the product and what stays as a validated spike. Bring it to production. Fix small interaction and refinement issues directly on prod code. Design new AI interaction paradigms for conversational interfaces. Invent and validate novel patterns for how users converse with, direct, and trust AI systems - especially in data contexts where precision and confidence matter. Write evals, skills, and help on tools. Build the scaffolding that makes AI reliabl

Here’s a summary of the role: Diligent is seeking for a Delivery Analyst (Entities) to join our growing Professional Services team. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about technology and consistently exceeds client expectations, from meeting deadlines to delivering high-quality outcomes. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and delivering solutions in response to managed services requests from customers. As a subject matter expert in Diligent's solutions, you will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and an exceptional client experience. Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll do (not all of it, just the important stuff): Deliver Professional Services over the course of the entire customer journey and/or product enablement lifecycle. Assist PS management, CS team, and other stakeholders (where relevant and appropriate. Example: Sales, PM, PMM or Marketing) in the different stages of the customer lifecycle. Leverage product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices regarding solution rollout and project execution. Continue to develop and maintain Domain and Product expertise to provide guidance to customers on best practices for solution rollout and project execution through continuous learning and personal development. Platform administration isn't the part of the product anyone screenshots for a demo. Nobody's writing a blog post about your identity provisioning flow. But it's the thing every other team at Diligent quietly depends on more than any other dev team in the company and when it breaks, everyone notices immediately. If that kind of quiet, high-stakes ownership sounds appealing rather than thankless, keep reading. This role is for someone who wants real skin in the game: you build it, you ship it, you support it. We're a high-initiative team that improves things we see first and asks permission later, building secure, event-driven microservices in TypeScript on AWS, and treating infrastructure as code the same way we treat application code: with rigor, not as an afterthought. Here's a breakdown of what you'll do (not all of it, just the important stuff) Design and build secure, scalable full-stack services using AWS serverless tech (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway) — with real attention to event-driven patterns and observability, not just "does it work on my machine." Own your services in production. That means building good observability, keeping an eye on alerts, and responding to them before they become bigger problems. Build infrastructure as code with AWS CDK and push for CI/CD that ships safely and often — not "big bang" releases you have to pray over. Design RESTful APIs other teams will actually want to consume: clear contracts, sane versioning, no surprises. Write tests — unit, integration, end-to-end — as part of how you build, not a chore you do after. Show up to architecture discussions with opinions and documentation, not just vibes. Use AI tools to move faster on coding, debugging, testing, and research — but you're still the one who validates the output. These are the essentials you'll need to get an interview 2-3 years of professional software engineering experience in an agile, full-stack-focused environment. Solid full-stack fundamentals: request lifecycles, d
