As a Senior Curriculum Engineer, you'll work with a team of creative educators and software engineers dedicated to building the future of online technical education, developing courses for MongoDB University . What You’ll Do You’ll work closely with a team of curriculum engineers, curriculum designers, and in-house subject-matter experts to build course materials focused on upskilling enterprise customers. You'll write presentations for our partner teams, design hands-on activities, and deliver content, ensuring these MongoDB learning resources are relevant, interactive, and reflect the challenges developers encounter in the real world. In this role, we expect you to continually deepen your knowledge of MongoDB and become an expert in a subset of its offerings. You will articulate the key concepts and skills that need to be covered in a training course, write course materials for an enterprise audience, design the hands-on exercises, and also support the creation of skill badges that assess a learner's knowledge.
