About the Role: This early-career Notino Experience Program Manager role is for a builder who thrives in ambiguity and turns it into momentum. You’ll wear many hats across the People team, but your core job is to jump in, chart the path, and drive high-impact projects based on business priorities—bringing clarity, aligning cross-functional partners, and executing quickly so the team can deliver meaningful employee experiences across EMEA and APAC. You’ll succeed here if you’re deeply curious, eager to grow, and excited to hone your craft in People.
