About The Role Notion is reimagining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an AI-native world. As an Outcomes Architect, you’ll be the build-beside partner who helps customers turn AI ambition into working systems inside Notion. You’ll own workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a book of named accounts, with a focus on customers that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger path to measurable impact. You’ll partner closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and planning, while directly shaping outcomes that strengthen customer partnerships and contribute to predictable revenue. What you’ll do as a Technical Support Engineer at Vanta: Provide technical support to Vanta customers through email, screen sharing, and chat, responding within established SLAs. Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s product capabilities, integrations, configurations, messaging, and more. Own and resolve complex technical customers’ issues, while also partnering with Technical Support Specialists (TSS) on their most challenging cases as the final technical escalation point within the Support team. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the overall customer experience. Clearly explain complex solutions to customers and document them for future use. Problem-solve and troubleshoot in a repeatable manner, documenting in our Support CRM to help identify trends. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be leading the technical discussion with our key prospects & customers, making sure there’s nothing stopping our customers from using Vanta to its fullest potential to support their own security goals. You’ll be an integral part of the Sales team, working both pre and post-sales to ensure technical fit and create innovative solutions for our customers. Your attention to detail, focused on customer needs, will drive rapid customer onboarding completion and adoption. This will ultimately improve retention and overall success while helping to collect customer references, case studies, and product feedback. This role will be based from our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
