As a member of Vanta’s Account Management team, you will be responsible for the expansion and retention of a subset of Vanta’s Customers by developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all post-sale commercial conversations, including mid-cycle upsells and renewals. As a trusted advisor to the customer, you will deeply understand their business needs and align Vanta’s solutions with their objectives to help mature our customers’ compliance and security programs. The goal of this team is to achieve overall net revenue expansion of the Vanta customer base, as measured by Net Revenue Retention. They will ensure customers’ security and compliance goals are aligned to their company growth needs and with Vanta’s solutions. This role will be based in our Dublin office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. What you’ll do as an Account Manager [EMEA] at Vanta: Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Develop a deep understanding of Vanta’s current product offerings and take initiative to learn Vanta’s product roadmap to speak confidently when addressing customers. Maintain strong partnerships and alignment with CSMs to understand customer health, ensure close strategic collaboration and execute harmonious communication to accounts. As a Solutions Engineer, you’ll be leading the technical discussion with our key prospects & customers, making sure there’s nothing stopping our customers from using Vanta to its fullest potential to support their own security goals. You’ll be an integral part of the Sales team, working both pre and post-sales to ensure technical fit and create innovative solutions for our customers. Your attention to detail, focused on customer needs, will drive rapid customer onboarding completion and adoption. This will ultimately improve retention and overall success while helping to collect customer references, case studies, and product feedback.
