Key Responsibilities • Perform a wide range of haematology and blood transfusion tests, including morphology analysis, in accordance with laboratory protocols. • Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment. • Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 and local health and safety standards. • Interpret complex test results and communicate findings effectively. • Collaborate with clinical teams to support diagnosis and treatment planning.
