Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. Founded in 2017, the company is headquartered in London, with offices and teams across Europe and the US. As AI continues to shape the way we live and work, Synthesia develops products to enhance visual communication and enterprise skill development, helping people work better and stay at the center of successful organizations. Following our recent Series E funding round, where we raised $200 million, our valuation stands at $4 billion. Our total funding exceeds $530 million from premier investors including Accel, NVentures (Nvidia's VC arm), Kleiner Perkins, GV, and Evantic Capital, alongside the founders and operators of Stripe, Datadog, Miro, and Webflow. About the role Most people think AI is coming for their job. We think it's coming for the boring parts of it. We’re not looking for a social media manager. We’re looking for a Culture Editor — someone who’s plugged into the conversation at a level that goes beyond posting. Someone who understands that the debate happening right now around AI and human creativity is one of the most consequential of our time, and who wants to be an active voice in shaping it. Less Gordon Ramsay, more Anthony Bourdain. You'd own how Synthesia shows up across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Not just posting. Thinking. Helping figure out what a leading AI company should sound like in culture, and then making it happen. You'll work within brand foundations built by people who've shaped some of the most iconic companies in the world. But social is its own language and we know that. You'll have a real say in how the voice evolves. The team You'll report into the Head of Social Media and work alongside a team of six, including videographers, editors, and creators who produce exceptional content in-house across every format and channel. This team can make anything. What they need from you is someone who knows how to make it t

About the role Synthesia ships more product, faster, than we ever have. AI has collapsed the cost of building which means the hard part is no longer making things, it’s making sure people actually adopt them. That’s the job of Growth, and we’re changing how we do it: instead of bolting Growth on after launch to optimise, we’re embedding a Growth PM into every core bet from day one, so how a product acquires, activates and scales is designed in from the first cycle. We’re hiring a Growth Product Manager to report to our VP of Growth. You'll own the Growth surface for one of those bets while helping build a growth-led way of working across the company. What you’ll be doing Own Growth for a core product area end to end, acquisition, activation, adoption and retention, baked into the roadmap from the start, not retrofitted. Partner closely with the core product PMs and engineers who own the surface, bringing high-impact growth ideas and working out where they fit, and getting the primitives exposed that let you build and scale on top. Design growth into the product itself: discovery-led acquisition loops, and experiences that get users to their job-to-be-done in a couple of clicks (sometimes without opening the edit

About the role For years, avatars have been something you watch. You write a script, we render a video, someone presses play. That model has taken AI video a long way but it has a ceiling. A video can't answer a question. It can't read the room. It can't role-play a tough conversation and adapt when you push back. We're changing that. Interactive Avatars listen, talk, and respond in real time; inside your product, your website, or your internal tools. You bring the logic and the language model; we power the avatar layer: the speech, the expression, the listening, the sense that there's someone actually there. It's early. Interactive Avatars is in closed beta today, and the teams building on it are pushing it into places we didn't expect - AI sales reps, always-on support agents, interactive trainers, onboarding guides. We're hiring a Product Manager to own it and take it from beta to a platform that thousands of developers build on. This is a role with real scope. You'll help define what a real-time avatar API should be, the surface developers integrate against, the experience end users feel, and the commercial model that makes it a business. You'll work directly with the engineering and research teams building
