In this business-critical position based out of our Bengaluru office, you will own the end-to-end administration of core HR applications—with an initial primary focus on mastering and optimizing TeamOhana alongside our ATS, LMS, and key internal platforms . You will partner directly with cross-functional leaders across HRIS, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning, and Finance to ensure seamless data accuracy, role-based security, and system reliability. By translating complex operational requirements into clean system governance, your work directly enables our global workforce to scale efficiently and securely. WHAT YOU'LL DO HR Application & Access Governance: Administer assigned HR software platforms (initially focused on TeamOhana), configuring user roles, permissions, reference data, and onboarding/offboarding workflows to guarantee 100% data integrity and compliance. Workforce Data Integrity & Auditing: Conduct routine data quality reconciliations, system health checks, and security audits across HR systems to eliminate data discrepancies and streamline upstream/downstream integrations.
