As an Audit Associate, you’ll play a critical role in maintaining the trust of our patients, healthcare providers, and business partners by helping Zocdoc prepare for and successfully complete compliance audits and assessments, including HITRUST, SOC 2, and HIPAA-related reviews. You’ll work closely with our Information Security, Compliance, Legal, Technology, Product, People, and business teams to translate audit requirements into clear actions, gather and validate evidence, and deliver complete, well-organized responses to auditors. Your Impact on Our Mission… As an Accounting Operations Senior Associate, you will support key transactional accounting functions with a primary focus on Travel & Expense (T&E) and broader procure-to-pay (P2P) operations. You will partner closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate, timely processing of expenses and financial transactions, while supporting overall financial operations. Your Impact on our Mission: As an Enterprise Support Associate, you will own the end-to-end support experience for a portfolio of healthcare providers. You will ensure providers receive maximum value from Zocdoc’s products and services by resolving their queries, optimizing their profiles, and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement. About the Role: In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise to set up and maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of doctor profiles and healthcare institutes.
