WHAT YOU’LL DO: Work closely with the leaders and first assistant to help manage an ever-changing calendar. Arrange detailed domestic and international travel plans. Track expenses and compile expense reports for the leader using Concur. Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow. Act as “the glue” between clients, partners, vendors, and internal associates, keeping important initiatives on track and communication streamlined. Conduct appropriate research, prioritization and follow ups on incoming and upcoming tasks, and determine appropriate course of action. Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency. Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings. About the Role: We are hiring a Graduate or CA Inter-qualified professional with a strong foundation in accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, and statutory compliance. You will play an active role in maintaining books of accounts, assisting with audits, preparing reports, and supporting financial operations in a broking environment. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Bookkeeping: Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/ERP. Prepare journal entries, accruals, and ledger reconciliations. Ensure timely closure of books and preparation of trial balances. Banking & Reconciliations: Handle daily bank reconciliations and monitor fund flows. Reconcile intercompany and client accounts periodically. Track outstanding balances and coordinate for settlements. Statutory & Regulatory Compliance: Assist in preparing GST returns, TDS workings, and other tax compliances. Work on preparation and filing of ROC and SEBI-related documents under guidance. Coordinate with consultants/auditors for monthly and annual audits. MIS & Reporting: Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and expense trackers. Work Flexibility: Hybrid What you will do: Work with product development team and help them with requirements management and system engineering. Assist in the deployment of tools such as JAMA etc. Work closely as administrator with functional leaders, organizational units, and subject matter experts on use case for projects and their processes. Train people, execute day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the tools, qualification of the tools and associated processes. Perform and own tasks including, but not limited to: User account maintenance, create filters and custom reports or dashboards for each project, as needed. Write script/ software to customize workflows and create configurations. Manage release cycles and validate the software tools and upgrade, backup, and baseline the project folders within each software tool. What you need: Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or related field is preferred 2 – 7 years of experience Understanding of engineering lifecycle phases and design control processes and knowledge of Requirement Management and Test Management, Traceability. Experience with software and hardware defect tracking process and develop software using Python or any other scripting language & ability to understand and interpret electrical design and systems.
