About the Role: We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Growth leader to own and scale growth for the Paytm for Business app. The role will be responsible for driving activation, engagement, retention and winback, with a strong focus on improving service-led product journeys and building a scalable growth engine. The ideal candidate will combine strong product and growth thinking with deep expertise in analytics, experimentation and lifecycle marketing. This is a high-ownership role that will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data, Marketing and Business teams to identify growth opportunities, design interventions and drive measurable outcomes at scale.
