Opportunity Overview: Cohere’s Provider & User Management team is responsible for ensuring that provider organizations are supported throughout their lifecycle of using the platform. This role will play a critical part in enabling successful onboarding across our client base by capturing, analyzing, and translating real-world workflows into actionable insights for downstream teams. The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position focused on pre-implementation readiness. This individual will support client onboarding by conducting workflow shadowing, time studies, and documentation of current-state processes within provider organizations and health plans. As a Business Analyst , you will work closely with cross-functional teams at Cohere to deeply understand our mission and the providers and health plans engaging with our products and services. You will gain exposure to client user perspectives—including clinical reviewers (e.g., RNs, LPNs) and operational teams—and the workflows they operate within.
