Job description About the job General Construction Workers 1. Assist in general work for daily site activities • Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete, asphalt, or mortar • Operate basic hand tools and small construction machinery (under supervision) • Perform site cleaning and housekeeping to maintain a safe working environment • Follow safety protocols and instructions from site supervisors or foremen • Support setup and dismantling of scaffolding, barriers, and temporary structures • Carry out other general labor duties as assigned Salary: Dormitory provided, Food not provided Salary: $18 daily OT Min 2 hours Full attendance for the month will have $3/day as attendance allowance Working Hour: 8am -5pm (Monday to Saturday) Overtime: $3.38 (After 5pm) Remarks • After obtain Coretrade / Multiskill will increase salary by $2 (If already have, will be eligible once work starts) Full attendance (No MC, lateness, absent): $682.76 Full attendance (No MC, lateness, absent) with core trade / multiskilled: $734.76

Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in US Construction Quantity Takeoffs . The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Grading, Site Utilities, Concrete, and Rebar while also possessing a good understanding of other CSI divisions and overall project scope. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs from construction drawings. Perform detailed takeoffs for: Grading Site Utilities Concrete Reinforcement (Rebar) Review architectural, structural, civil, and specification documents. Identify missing scope, drawing discrepancies, and RFI items. Prepare BOQs and quantity summaries. Coordinate with the preconstruction team to meet bid deadlines. Maintain high accuracy and quality across all takeoff deliverables. Support multi-trade quantity takeoffs when required. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in US Construction Estimation/Quantity Takeoffs .
