Role Overview The Buyer – Admin & HR Procurement will support end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities related to Administrative, Facility Management, Lease Rental, and HR requirements. The role involves vendor identification and coordination, commercial negotiations, lease management, PR-to-PO processing, cost comparison analysis, contract administration, and ensuring timely availability of services and materials in compliance with company procurement policies. This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, analytical ability, negotiation capability, and a service-oriented mindset. Key Responsibilities Admin-Related Procurement - Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and pantry items - Coordinate facility management services including housekeeping, security, pest control, and other facility-related services - Procure office equipment such as printers, furniture, workstations, and related accessories - Support Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) tracking and renewals - Coordinate arrangements for corporate events and employee engagement activities - Facilitate travel and accommodation bookings as per company policy - Ensure timely processing of Purchase Requisitions (PR) to Purchase Orders (PO) - Maintain vendor database and vendor performance records - Conduct cost comparisons and negotiate within defined authority limits Lease Rental Management - Manage procurement support for office, branch, warehouse, fleet hub, and other leased premises - Coordinate with Business, Admin, Finance, and Legal teams for new lease acquisitions, renewals, amendments, and lease closures - Support commercial negotiations with landlords, property owners, and real estate consultants to achieve competitive commercial terms - Review lease proposals and ensure compliance with company procurement policies and approval workflows - Coordinate execution of lease agreements and maintain trackers for lease expiry, renewals, rent escalations, security depo

Overview: The Institutional Client Growth team member will be responsible for driving growth, client engagement, retention, and account development across the Institutional client segment in India. This individual will serve as the primary relationship manager for key institutional accounts, ensuring proactive engagement, identification of new business opportunities, and delivery of a superior client experience. The role is critical to expanding the firm's presence within institutional clients, increasing wallet share, strengthening client relationships, and driving sustainable revenue growth. The incumbent will work closely with Sales, Research, Client Service, and Leadership teams to maximize account penetration and ensure the voice of the customer is reflected in business decisions. This is a hybrid position out of our Mumbai office. What You’ll Do: Client Relationship Management Manage and develop relationships with institutional clients across Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Corporates, Consulting Firms, and other strategic accounts. Conduct regular client outreach to understand business priorities, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for deeper engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for key client stakeholders. Build strong executive-level relationships to improve client retention and expansion opportunities. Sales Growth & Revenue Expansion Drive growth across existing institutional accounts through proactive account management. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and partner with sales leadership to convert opportunities into revenue. Develop account growth plans for strategic clients. Monitor account performance and recommend actions to improve client engagement and commercial outcomes. Client Engagement & Coverage Execute a structured client engagement program with high-frequency outreach across active accounts. - Maintain repair adjust and replace the entire plumbing system including waste-vent-water piping valves and the various fixtures and equipment served by this system. - Perform visual inspections for the detection of abnormal operation and correction of deficiencies. - Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit schedule as assigned by Supervisor/Manager. - Estimate time and materials required on work order. - Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following prescribed safety regulations. - Respond to calls from facility departments requesting immediate assistance for plumbing problems. - Respond to emergency call-in situations. - Cooperate with members of the department and facility on all emergency conditions regarding internal customers visitors and staff. - Perform preventive maintenance on related equipment assigned by the Supervisor. - Have necessary stock and tools in order to maintain repair or replace malfunctioning equipment. - Coordinate with other departmental employees on diversified work projects. - Make daily rounds of building and related equipment as assigned by Supervisor.
