WHO YOU ARE: As Senior Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), you will own the roadmap for how carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders securely access Zinnia’s platform. You will lead the identity product area end to end — authentication, authorization, and the full user lifecycle — balancing strong security and regulatory compliance with a frictionless experience across Zinnia’s products. You will partner closely with Engineering and Security, and work across Zinnia’s Product Organization to keep the identity experience aligned with company strategy while delivering measurable value.
