Demand Generation: Design, execute, and scale data-driven inbound and outbound campaigns that build a robust, high-converting pipeline. Sales Enablement: Arm the sales team with the exact tools, collateral, competitive intelligence, and playbook they need to close deals faster. Cross-Functional Leadership: Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership to align market feedback with product roadmaps. What We Are Looking For The Sales & Marketing Contour: You don't just sit in a marketing silo or a sales bullpen. You deeply understand the psychology of the buyer (Marketing) and the mechanics of closing a deal (Sales). Launch Experience: You have a proven track record of successfully launching new products or entering new markets from scratch, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Data-Driven Builder: You are comfortable working with analytics, attribution models, and CRM data to optimize the funnel contin
