The Role We are seeking a strategic Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics to champion our people analytics function and shape data-driven talent decisions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you will design, build, and deploy AI-augmented analytics products that drive workforce effectiveness and organizational performance. You bring deep HR domain fluency, a flair for compelling data storytelling, and proven experience turning complex workforce data into strategies that senior leaders actually act on. You will be a key partner to HRIS, IT, and global business leaders — sitting at the intersection of data engineering, business insight, and AI-powered tooling. What You'll Do Lead the full lifecycle of people analytics projects — from gathering stakeholder requirements to delivering scalable, validated, and actionable insights that guide business and talent strategy. Design, build, and deploy executive-ready analytics dashboards by leveraging AI and GenAI tools (including Claude) to rapidly prototype and implement custom web-based solutions — delivering intelligent, self-serve analytics experiences without the constraints of traditional BI platforms. Explore, prototype, and deploy AI powered analytics solutions to support workforce planning, attrition prediction, and people insights at scale. WHAT YOU’LL DO • Act as the primary HR operations contact, responding to employee questions on HR policies, benefits, and standard procedures. • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal moves, role changes, leaves of absence, and offboarding. • Prepare, process, and maintain employee contracts, amendments, and HR documentation in coordination with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, and vendors. • Maintain accurate employee and benefits data across HR systems, ensuring consistency between HRIS, Payroll, and benefits providers. • Perform regular data checks, reconciliations, and audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. • Partner with global HR Business Partners to support day to day HR execution, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives. • Produce recurring and ad hoc HR reports such as headcount, attrition, hiring, mobility, and workforce demographics. • Maintain and improve standardized HR dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools for HR leadership and stakeholders while ensuring data integrity. • Support internal and external audits, regulatory reporting, and workforce data requests. • Identify trends, gaps, and inefficiencies in HR data and processes, and contribute to continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives.
