We’re looking for an enthu HR Intern to join the People team at Bolna.ai . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing startup - from supporting employees to helping run day-to-day HR and office operations. What you’ll do Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations . Maintain employee records and ensure HR data stays accurate and organised. Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks effectively. Coordinate with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR and office requirements. Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organisation scales. Who we’re looking for 0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship. Prior HR internship experience is a plus. Strong communication and organisational skills. Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple tasks. Proactive, dependable, and willing to take ownership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment . Someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and wants to build a career in HR. Why this role?
