Role & Responsibilities Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records. Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and utility consumption. Daily Briefing Technical supervisor about Planned activities and major Building compliant Ensure timely closure of complaints and service requests.
