Graphcore Senior Principal AI SoC Validation (Bring-up lead) Graphcore is a globally recognised leader in Artificial Intelligence computing systems. The company designs advanced semiconductors and data centre hardware that provide the specialised processing power needed to drive AI innovation, while delivering the efficiency required to support its broader adoption. As part of the SoftBank Group, Graphcore is a member of an elite family of companies responsible for some of the world’s most transformative technologies. We are opening a new AI Engineering Campus in Bengaluru which will play a central role in Graphcore's work building the future of AI computing. We are developing the next generation of AI compute, a large-scale system-on-chip (SoC) designed to power future high-performance AI systems. As the SoC Validation Lead, you will be responsible for enabling pre-production software to run reliably on new silicon quickly and efficiently, before showing that the silicon meets the highest standards of quality, reliability and functionality, ready for production deployment. You will lead a team delivering post-silicon validation across the full AI SoC, working across silicon, firmware, and platform levels. The role requires a deep technical understanding, strong hands-on debug experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with hardware, software, and systems engineering teams. Key responsibilities Define and lead post-silicon validation strategy Develop and refine the overall post-silicon validation approach for our AI SoCs, ensuring reliable and timely delivery of validated silicon, architectural correctness, feature robustness, and at-scale system reliability. Drive cross-domain debug and issue resolution Lead investigation and resolution of complex issues spanning silicon, firmware, operating systems, and platform interactions. Ensure that fixes are effective and sustainable. Promote collaboration and shared understanding Work closely with
At FourKites we have the opportunity to tackle complex challenges with real-world impacts. Whether it's medical supplies from Cardinal Health or groceries for Walmart, the FourKites platform helps customers operate global supply chains that are efficient, agile and sustainable. Join a team of curious problem solvers that celebrates differences, leads with empathy and values inclusivity. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will build and own machine learning models that power core prediction problems across the FourKites platform — including ETA/ATA forecasting and message-based status extraction. You will work end-to-end, from data pipeline to production deployment and monitoring, turning noisy real-world logistics data into models that run at scale and directly move the needle on customer outcomes. You will work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams, hands-on building and shipping models yourself while also guiding the technical direction of other data scientists on the team. What you'll be doing: Design, build, and productionize ML models for problems like ETA/ATA prediction, using regression, classification, and time-series forecasting techniques Develop NLP/LLM-based extraction pipelines for message-based ETA and status updates (text extraction, entity recognition) Own models end-to-end: data pipeline → training → deployment → monitoring → retraining Work with noisy, real-world logistics and supply chain data (GPS pings, check calls, carrier data) rather than clean, pre-processed datasets Diagnose gaps between offline evaluation performance and live production accuracy, and drive fixes Build and maintain automated training/retraining pipelines using orchestration tools such as Airflow Set up and maintain model monitoring and observability (e.g., Grafana) to catch drift and degradation proactively Replace manual or rule-based processes with ML-driven automation (e.g., automating manual check calls) Translate model performance improvements into busin
NVIDIA has been redefining computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for more than 25 years. Today, we are tapping into the unlimited potential of AI to define the next era of computing. As an NVIDIAN, you will address challenges spanning architecture, silicon, firmware, software, and production — and excellent judgment matters as much as technical depth! We are the Silicon Power Team within the Silicon Co-Design Group. We architect and deliver groundbreaking solutions for productizing NVIDIA's chips across consumer, professional, server, embedded, mobile, and automotive markets. Silicon characterization, correlation to arch and design expectations, product spec finalization, and productization techniques and infrastructure are our day-to-day work — always on the bleeding edge of the industry. Small decisions here have outsized impact on performance, efficiency, reliability, bring-up speed, and ultimately what the product delivers in the field. We are hiring a Senior Silicon Power Engineer to own power-feature productization on a flagship silicon program. This is not a coordination role, and it is not a compliance role — it is the seat where power features either work at scale or become the reason a program slips. The two highest-leverage problems in this seat: Close the hardest multi-functional power failures before they gate a program. Take ambiguous, cross-boundary issues across architecture, firmware, validation, and platform to root-cause closure — with productized fixes and reusable methodology the next program can inherit. Build AI-enabled characterization as a real capability, not a demo. Every bring-up generates terabytes of characterization, shmoo, and telemetry data. Deploy AI workflows for data analysis, metric extraction, trend detection, and cross-bring-up correlation — with the guardrails and validation discipline to make them trustworthy enough to gate production decisions! <

ABOUT THE ROLE Digital Gold & Silver is one of the fastest-scaling propositions in the Wealth portfolio. As Senior Business Analyst, you will own the numbers end to end from acquisition through retention, churn, revenue and GMV. This is not a reporting role: you will frame problems independently, find root causes, size opportunities, and convert them into growth recommendations that Marketing and Business teams act on. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Business Insights & Growth • Drive data-led growth across the acquisition, retention, churn, revenue and GMV lifecycle. • Own deep-dive analytics to identify key drivers and opportunities for acquisition, engagement, retention and churn reduction. • Drive Revenue and GMV growth in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) through actionable insights and growth recommendations. Customer & Lifecycle Analytics • Analyse cohorts, journeys, segments and behavioural trends to improve customer lifetime value and repeat transactions. • Build cohort and retention frameworks (D0/D7/D30, monthly triangles) across new, reactivated and repeat users. • Diagnose churn and cancellation drivers and recommend structural fixes, not surface-level corrections. Campaign Efficacy & Attribution • Measure and optimize campaign efficacy — identifying the right segments, propositions, channels and levers to maximize incremental GMV and revenue. • Conduct funnel, cohort, campaign and attribution analysis to identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions. • Reconcile promotional burn against incremental GMV; establish ROI and cost-per-incremental-user benchmarks by campaign and segment. • Ana
