Role & Responsibilities Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, DG sets, UPS systems, STP/WTP, fire alarm, and firefighting systems Maintain PPM schedules, asset registers, logbooks, and compliance documents Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Maintain equipment history cards, logbooks, and maintenance records. Monitor electricity, water, diesel, and utility consumption.
