Graduate Ecommerce Executive in India

We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to build a career in business development. The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, maintaining relationships, and assisting in the expansion of our consultancy services. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Reach out to prospective clients through calls, emails, networking, and follow-ups to convert leads into clients. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction Negotiate contracts and close deals to drive revenue growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Keep track of industry trends and market conditions. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Stay informed about industry trends and manage the company’s social media accounts. Key Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive attitude Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Willingness to travel for business events and job fairs

Job description • You will perform the day-to-day data centre/computer operations (such as running the batch programs, printing of reports, systems and data backup, tapes/cartridges preparation and storage, etc). • You will be required to pro-actively monitor the data centre systems' uptime and performance (such as Server, Midrange and/or Mainframe systems, Networking equipment, Telecommunication connections, Email and Security Systems, Data Centre environment, etc) to prevent any down time or low performance. • You will diagnose and log down hardware problems into incident ticketing system, coordinate the problem resolution with the respective vendor or second level support personnel. • You will liaise with the vendors and other technical teams on any data centre related maintenance and installation activities. • You will also assist to provide helpdesk and basic IT troubleshooting support. • You will also assist in other IT related projects implementations. Job Requirements: • "A" Level Holders, ITE Graduates, Diploma and Degree Holders are welcome to apply. Those with at least 2 years of working experience will be considered for senior roles. • Experience in operating Windows Server, UNIX and/or AS/400 systems. • Good in work prioritization and able to maintain the service levels. • A detailed and systematic person, following the data centre operating procedures. • Willing to perform 12-hour Shift Work.

You will play a key role in translating brand narratives into distinctive textile artworks that celebrate craftsmanship and culture. Key Responsibilities: • Conceptualize and develop original textile designs, including prints, embroideries, and surface embellishments aligned with the brand’s design language. • Research and draw inspiration from cultural references, artisanal crafts, and global fashion trends to inform design direction. • Create detailed print artworks, color palettes, and fabric mood boards for seasonal collections. • Work closely with the fashion design team to develop textiles that enhance silhouettes and storytelling. • Liaise with printers, dyers, and artisans to ensure accuracy in design execution and maintain quality standards. • Experiment with new techniques, textures, and materials to push creative boundaries. • Maintain an organized library of textile swatches, samples, and digital design files. Qualifications & Skills: • Bachelor’s degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in textile or surface design and fresh graduates with strong portfolios. • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CAD for print development. • Strong sense of color, pattern, and composition. • Knowledge of textile production processes, print methods, and fabric types. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • A deep appreciation for artisanal crafts, heritage techniques, and storytelling through design.
