This role provides hands-on exposure to bulk hiring, candidate pipeline management, recruitment coordination, client management, and field recruitment activities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Manage bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements. Conduct field recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring campaigns. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements. Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and local vendors to ensure a continuous talent pipeline. Coordinate with clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle and support project execution. Ensure timely communication with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
