Opportunity Overview: Cohere’s Provider & User Management team is responsible for ensuring that provider organizations are supported throughout their lifecycle of using the platform. This role will play a critical part in enabling successful onboarding across our client base by capturing, analyzing, and translating real-world workflows into actionable insights for downstream teams. The Business Analyst role is an entry-level position focused on pre-implementation readiness. This individual will support client onboarding by conducting workflow shadowing, time studies, and documentation of current-state processes within provider organizations and health plans. As a Business Analyst , you will work closely with cross-functional teams at Cohere to deeply understand our mission and the providers and health plans engaging with our products and services.
