WHO YOU ARE: As Product Manager for Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), you will help shape and deliver how carriers, distributors, partners, and policyholders securely access Zinnia’s platform. Write clear requirements and user stories for identity capabilities - authentication (SSO, MFA, passwordless), authorization (RBAC/ABAC, delegated access), and the user lifecycle (registration, provisioning/SCIM, recovery, deprovisioning). Work with Engineering and Architecture on identity protocol decisions and implementation (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM).
