Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), understand customer challenges, ensure customer satisfaction (CSAT), and partner with delivery managers and technical teams to maintain a seamless client relationship. Forecast revenue and resource requirements for customer engagements in a timely manner to ensure a superior customer experience. Spearhead pitches and new business development initiatives within the assigned portfolio. Write proposals and manage deals through to contract closure. Maintain close oversight of all work in progress. Manage and grow Fortune 1000 (F1000) accounts. Exposure to the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain would be an added advantage. Skills and Qualifications Positive attitude, quick thinker, and strong problem-solver with the flexibility and resilience to operate independently in high-pressure situations.
