ABOUT THE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGNER ROLE: WIN is looking for experienced Instructional Designers to create engaging, practical, and impactful learning experiences for our franchise owners, external partners, team members, customers, and other stakeholders to support our growth in the U.S. and internationally. Design learning experiences for U.S. audiences with strong attention to language, context, examples, and cultural relevance.
