Job Summary The Workplace Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operation and maintenance of workplace infrastructure, ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably. This role oversees HVAC systems, including chillers and AHUs, Building Management Systems (BMS), electrical panels, and coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance activities to support uninterrupted business operations.
