CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT Job Purpose The Corporate Development team is responsible for driving the company's long-term growth and strategic evolution. As a Corporate Development , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities. This includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, strategic alliances, divestitures, and corporate investments. You will act as a key connector between external market opportunities and internal executive leadership. Key Responsibilities 1. Due Diligence & Deal Execution Coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms (in live deals) Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Product, Operations) and external advisors during the due diligence process. Lead the project management of the transaction lifecycle from Letter of Intent (LOI) to definitive documentation and closing. 4. Integration & Post-Closing Support Partner with operational teams to design post-merger integration (PMI) playbooks.
