Lead Manager I Engineering Core Analytics in Bengaluru

At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done. At Snowflake, we are building the future of the data-driven enterprise. This is not a traditional SDR role focused on meeting bookings. Your job is to qualify that interest fast, engage with insight, and convert it into high-quality pipeline alongside Account Executives. The person we are looking for shares our passion about reinventing the data platform and thrives in a high-volume, high-variety environment. That means bringing structure and judgement to every inbound interaction, maintaining deep knowledge of Snowflake's platform and competitive landscape, and partnering tightly with both Marketing and Sales to close the loop between demand and revenue. AS A SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE (INBOUND) AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL: Respond to and qualify inbound leads with speed — time-to-first-contact and lead conversion are your primary performance signals Triage a
