Key Responsibilities Manage bulk hiring drives to meet large-scale manpower requirements. Conduct field recruitment activities, including job fairs, walk-in drives, and other hiring campaigns. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through field sourcing, job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals. Maintain candidate attendance records and assist with project-based payroll processing. Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless recruitment process. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to support ongoing and future hiring requirements. Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and presentations using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
