About the role: We are seeking the candidature of an effective & efficient individual in a DGM position, who would be aligned with the Litigation team and will be dealing with in- house Litigation matters on a Pan India basis, for the entire One97 group. Expectations/ Requirements 1. Litigation Management and control 2. Good legal Knowledge 3. Drafting of legal notices, written statements, replies, representations, presentations, etc 4. Legal Advice on day-to-day operation 5. Handling Police complaints/notices/letters 6. Court appearance on behalf of Company 7. Managing external counsel 8. Risk management 9. Coordinating and dealing with various authorities 10. Coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure compliances to all the prescribed regulatory norms. 11. Legal research and miscellaneous legal work 12. Draft and review pleadings, motions, and other court documents 13. - Develop and implement litigation strategies 14. - Manage case files and maintain accurate records Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role ● 12- 15 years of work experience in handling litigation matters. ● Minimum 4-5 years of experience working in-house in litigation. ● Experience in specific areas of litigation (e.g., commercial, employment, intellectual property) ● Familiarity with court procedures and rules ● Good interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and coordinate complex issues

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT Job Purpose The Corporate Development team is responsible for driving the company's long-term growth and strategic evolution. As a Corporate Development , you will play a pivotal role in identifying, evaluating, and executing inorganic growth opportunities. Perform initial screening of inbound and outbound deal opportunities against corporate strategic criteria. Develop high-quality strategic rationale and business cases for presentation to the C-suite and Board of Directors. 3. Due Diligence & Deal Execution Coordinating due diligence processes and managing data rooms (in live deals) Coordinate internal cross-functional teams (Legal, Finance, Tax, HR, Product, Operations) and external advisors during the due diligence process. Lead the project management of the transaction lifecycle from Letter of Intent (LOI) to definitive documentation and closing. 4. Integration & Post-Closing Support Partner with operational teams to design post-merger integration (PMI) playbooks.
