We’re looking for an enthu HR Intern to join the People team at Bolna.ai . This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn how People Operations works in a fast-growing startup - from supporting employees to helping run day-to-day HR and office operations. What you’ll do Support employee onboarding, documentation, and HR operations . Maintain employee records and ensure HR data stays accurate and organised. Support employee queries and coordinate with internal teams and vendors. Facilitate office operations, events, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day administrative tasks effectively. Coordinate with employees and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of HR and office requirements. Support the People team with day-to-day operational requirements as the organisation scales. Who we’re looking for 0–1 year of experience in HR, People Operations, or a related internship. Prior HR internship experience is a plus. Strong communication and organisational skills. We’re looking for an HR Associate to join our People Operations team at Bolna.ai . This is a hands-on HR Operations role for someone who enjoys working closely with employees, keeping processes smooth, and making sure the day-to-day employee experience runs seamlessly. What you’ll do Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities . Prepare and manage HR letters, employee documentation, and records . Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data across HR systems . Coordinate with HR and external vendors for employee-related processes and requirements.
