Title and Summary Manager, Tax Overview: This role is responsible for supporting global employment tax compliance, advisory, risk management, and project execution activities. The role serves as a key technical resource and works closely with regional stakeholders and external advisors to ensure operational excellence and compliance across global employment tax processes. Role: • Support internal stakeholders on federal, state, and local employment tax compliance activities, such as reviewing tax notices, statutory tax filings, and reconciliations • Assist in research to support tax positions, resolve multi-state withholding issues, reciprocity agreements, nonresident allocation questions, and cross-border tax implications • Assist in taxation and reporting of equity compensation and incentive plans (RSUs, stock options, ESPP, ISIP

Title and Summary Director, Tax Overview: This role serves as the primary subject-matter expert on employment tax matters, working in close partnership with cross-functional stakeholders and external providers, to execute global employment tax initiatives, translates complex, multi-jurisdictional regulatory requirements into sustainable operating models, risk management, and serves as advisor on regulatory developments, and on complex employment tax matters affecting the global workforce across all jurisdictions in which the company operations.
