Position Overview We are looking for an execution-focused, highly technical Technical Account Manager (TAM) specializing in enterprise identity, including Okta’s Workforce Identity Cloud (WIC) and Customer Identity Solutions (CIS). In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to mid-market and enterprise customer portfolios. You will cut through complexity, proactively optimize configurations, and guide customers on architectural best practices across hybrid SaaS, on-premise, and custom application environments. As a TAM at Okta, you embody a bias for action: you dig into technical details, eliminate architectural friction, and turn post-sales guidance into measurable customer traction.
