Your Impact on Our Mission As a QA Analyst, you will play a key role in strengthening Zocdoc’s quality ecosystem by ensuring that every issue entering our engineering pipeline is accurate, validated, reproducible, and data-backed. Partnering closely with QA Engineers, Product Engineers, and cross-functional teams, you will transform raw triage data into actionable insights — improving product quality, accelerating issue resolution, and enabling better decision-making. By driving structured triage processes, reporting automation, and analytical insights within the Triage & Reporting Pod, you will directly impact the reliability of our product and the efficiency of our teams, ultimately helping patients access care with ease. As an Associate Web Developer, you'll own the technical development and health of Zocdoc's provider-facing website — a core channel that helps connect healthcare providers with millions of patients. The ideal candidate is a strong full-stack WordPress developer who brings deep knowledge of web best practices, a point of view on site reliability and security, and a solid understanding of website architecture. You research before you build, care about doing things the right way, and can make sound technical decisions independently.
