Opportunity Overview: We are looking for a Senior Clinical Configuration Analyst to play a key role in the technical configuration of platform requirements for Cohere’s Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) clients. Reporting into our Senior Manager, PaaS Value Delivery, you will be part of a small, fast-paced team working directly with client-facing team members to understand and deliver key clinical configurations that are integral to helping new and existing clients meet their prior authorization automation goals. Ultimately, the work you do will have a direct impact on the growth of the company and our ability to assist more patients at a time in their healthcare journey when they need help most. What you’ll do: Ensure thorough understanding of client’s technical requirements to facilitate seamless configuration of platform requirements during new client implementations Test configurability of new product functionality, or enhanced existing functionality, built to accommodate custom client requirements Define test scenarios and success criteria for all new and existing client platform configurations Execute on configuration of platform requirements in accordance with project timelines and client expectations Triage and resolve technical issues, during end-to-end testing or post-implementation, in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction Serve as a technical SME for client-facing analysts during each stage of the customer lifecycle: providing education and answers to questions around configurability of client platform requirements; occasionally interfacing directly with clients to address issues Collaborate with Product, Development, Design, and Engineering to scope, develop, and implement internal configuration management tools that will help scale configuration work Required Qualifications: Must-haves 3-6 years of professional experience in a Configuration Management role; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field Problem-Solving

Opportunity Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Procurement & Vendor Management to oversee the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. This role will be responsible for procurement request details gathering and confirmation, market research on requested items, sourcing and evaluation of vendors, Negotiations, Terms and conditions validation, vendor management and coordination. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. What you’ll do: Manage the complete procurement cycle, including purchase requisitions, RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery follow-ups. Identify, evaluate, onboard, and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers. Obtain and compare vendor quotations based on price, quality, delivery timelines, and commercial terms. Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service-level agreements with vendors. Monitor vendor performance, including quality, delivery, responsiveness, and adherence to agreed terms. Maintain an updated vendor database, contracts, pricing information, and procurement records. Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and ensure timely availability of materials/services. Prepare and Track purchase orders, deliveries, invoices, and payment status in coordination with Finance and Accounts. Resolve vendor-related issues, including delivery delays, quality concerns, pricing discrepancies, and invoice disputes. Support vendor audits, compliance checks, and periodic supplier performance reviews. Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, approval processes, and applicable regulations. About the Role Redwood is scaling public cloud infrastructure and AI features across multiple product lines, and we need a FinOps Lead to bring rigor, visibility, and accountability to that spend. This is a senior individual-contributor role with the authority to drive cross-functional cost governance directly. This role owns the translation of raw cloud cost data and AI spent into the models, forecasts, and governance mechanisms that let engineering, product, and executive leadership make informed decisions. This is not a bill-monitoring role. You will build the cost attribution infrastructure that ties cloud/AI spend to specific product lines and, ultimately, to ROI involving architecture and engineering teams to make the right trade offs and decisions in line with the strategic roadmap. The role will report to the Senior Director, Product Engineering Operations, and work closely with Cloud Engineering, the CPO's org, and engineering leadership to create cost visibility and defensibility informing leadership on efficiency strategies. Your ability to be an effective communicator, collaborative team player, and analytical thinker will be keys to success in this role. Responsibilities Cost Visibility, Attribution & Optimization Own and continuously improve cost models that attribute AWS (and other public cloud) spend by product line, team, and environment Drive tagging governance and hygiene, define standards, audit compliance, and close attribution gaps that prevent accurate cost-per-product reporting Build shared cost allocation models to drive transparency into per-team cost drivers where there are prevalent savings plans, reserved instances and network charges Build toward feature-level cost attribution that connects infrastructure spend to product ROI, not just aggregate bill totals Create and manage optimization programs with achievable savings targets, including working across engineering and finance to rightsize, clean up and modernize infrastructur
