About the role: We're looking for a Business Finance Manager for our central business finance team. You'll be a key part of our success by: - Analyzing financial performance to find areas for improvement and growth opportunities. -Working closely with business and finance teams to understand the factors that influence results. -Providing data-driven insights to the Business Heads and Finance leadership to support effective decision-making. -Monitoring progress towards goals and proactively addressing potential risks. Expectations/ Requirements: What You'll Do: - Collaborate closely with Business, participating actively in their strategic planning. - Develop detailed financial plans, using a bottom-up approach to ensure accuracy and buy-in. - Regularly analyze actual results against the plan, identify the reasons for any variances, and clearly communicate your findings to facilitate informed decision-making. - Track and report on key financial and business metrics - Contribute to the unit's goal-setting process and create a detailed annual operating plan to achieve those goals. - Ensure the accuracy and completeness of month-end financial reports, including reviews, procedures, and necessary corrections. - Contribute to the improvement of financial processes, including revenue cycle activities, to optimize efficiency and effectiveness. - Analyze the financial impact of potential new products or business initiatives and present your findings to senior management. - Respond promptly to requests for information and problem-solving, providing thorough analysis and insights to support decision-making.

Conduct Ethics Investigations: Conduct thorough and unbiased investigations into alleged ethical violations, ensuring all relevant information is collected and analyzed. This includes interviewing relevant parties, reviewing documentation, and gathering evidence. 2. Evaluate and Analyze Findings: Analyze investigation findings to determine the severity and impact of ethical violations. 3. Maintain Confidentiality: Handle all investigations with the utmost confidentiality and discretion, ensuring that sensitive information is protected. Adhere to privacy policies and legal requirements when handling and sharing investigation findings. 4. Develop Investigation Plans: Develop comprehensive investigation plans, including timelines, interview schedules, and evidence collection strategies. 5. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with HR, legal, and senior management to ensure alignment of investigation processes and outcomes with organizational policies and objectives. Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the investigation process. 6. Report and Document Findings: Prepare detailed investigation reports that clearly document the findings, analysis, and recommended actions. The entire robotics industry collected only ~100,000 hours of training data in 2024 and ~1 million in 2025 — and even the ~20 million hours projected for 2026 is still less than 0.04% of what is ultimately needed. IRL exists to close that gap. Using Instacore — a wearable multi-camera and sensor system (head, chest, and wrist cameras plus IMUs and a compute pack) — our field teams capture synchronized, high-diversity egocentric data of real people doing real tasks across real commercial environments: kitchens, warehouses, hotels, retail, and light manufacturing.
