Job Overview: We are looking for a highly experienced Staff Engineer to join the FGA Developer Tooling team and lead the evolution of our end to end developer experience across both OSS and SaaS. About the Organization The Core Infrastructure organization operates the foundational systems that power Stripe globally — including databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL), high availability and disaster recovery (HADR), AWS cloud infrastructure, Linux servers, container orchestration, mesh networking, service discovery, and network edge infrastructure. The team uses traffic replay, synthetics, failover drills, dependency analysis, CI/CD gates, and incident data to turn those findings into platform fixes, service-owner asks, and reusable readiness checks across networking, HADR, and service teams.
