Set daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets (KPIs) for the billing team and monitor progress. Standardize training materials and ensure the team is cross-trained on various OTC workflows and customer portfolios. Order-to-Cash Billing Operations Oversee the end-to-end billing workflow, ensuring sales orders, contracts, and shipping/delivery data are accurately converted into customer invoices.
