Job Title: Back Office Executive Position Overview: We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented Back Office Operations Associate to handle essential administrative and operational tasks. In this role, you will support front-facing teams by managing data, maintaining documentation, processing records, and keeping day-to-day administrative workflows running smoothly. Key Responsibilities: • Data Entry & Management: Accurately enter, update, and maintain records, databases, and customer information in company systems. • Document Processing: Review, categorize, and archive incoming files, contracts, invoices, and reports in accordance with company policy. • Workflow Support: Coordinate with sales, customer support, and finance departments to process requests and resolve internal inquiries. • Reporting: Compile daily, weekly, or monthly routine operational reports using spreadsheets and management tools. • Quality Assurance: Inspect data inputs and documents to identify errors, discrepancies, or missing details before finalizing records. • Inventory & Supplies: Monitor administrative supply levels and submit reorders as needed to support general office operations.
