ABOUT THE ROLE The Partner Operations and Support team at Khan Academy India sits at the intersection of various state teams, constantly receiving a wealth of valuable, on-the-ground information, ranging from local best practices to powerful testimonials from students, teachers, principals, and government officials. Currently, much of this qualitative data sits with the respective state program teams, and we risk losing these valuable insights over time. Track expenses and compile expense reports for the leader using Concur. Maintain a highly organized system to help manage important correspondence and sustain an efficient internal workflow. Act as “the glue” between clients, partners, vendors, and internal associates, keeping important initiatives on track and communication streamlined. Conduct appropriate research, prioritization and follow ups on incoming and upcoming tasks, and determine appropriate course of action. Suggest and implement ways to improve processes to help workflow efficiency. Develop plans and help manage events such as team building off-sites, workshops and board meetings.
