Supporting business growth in an increasingly regulated environment whilst ensuring payroll and tax are compliant across the region. The Payroll Supervisor will have the responsibility for ensuring that their team performs payroll processing, compensation, as well as associated deductions and benefits payments are processed/paid on a timely basis for assigned populations. They will also be responsible for ensuring all statutory filings are completed and deadlines met.

We are looking for a Process Associate to support payroll and invoicing operations, including timesheet processing, expense management, payroll data handling, pension administration, and financial reconciliation. The role requires strong numerical ability, accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to manage high-volume data within tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities: Process timesheets, expenses, and payroll data accurately and within deadlines Handle high-volume spreadsheets and upload data into payroll systems for invoicing Manage pension administration and employee tax code updates Reconcile incoming payments against invoices and identify discrepancies Maintain accurate payroll and financial records while ensuring confidentiality Prepare and manage operational data using MS Excel and Microsoft Office Required Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline, preferably Commerce, Finance, or Accounting Willing to work in the Rotational shift Strong numerical ability, accuracy, and attention to detail Good written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle confidential employee and financial information Comfortable working with high-volume data and meeting tight deadlines

In this role, you will oversee payroll operations across APAC ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless employee payroll experience. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver timely and compliant payroll while continuously improving processes. What You’ll Do Oversee the entire monthly payroll cycles across India, Australia, Japan, and Singapore. Ensure accurate payrolls for new hires, exits, promotions, transfers and all types of variable pays. Conduct audits and reconciliations to identify and resolve payroll discrepancies. Collaborate with HR and different stakeholders on onboarding documentation, monthly variable pay, and all monthly payroll inputs. Monitor compliance with local payroll legislation and tax requirements. Maintain up to date employee records in HRIS/payroll systems and support all employee payroll related inquiries.
