Your team will be responsible for identifying trends, enhancing support processes, improving agent efficiency, and reducing operational costs while maintaining high reliability and service quality. About the Role: We are looking for a Trade Operations Engineer to join our operations team at NK Securities. This is a hands-on role where you'll help make sure our trading systems are ready every day. You’ll work closely with our tech and trading teams to keep things running smoothly.
