Technical Project Manager India Jaipur, Rajasthan Key Responsibilities • Plan, manage, and deliver technical projects from initiation through completion • Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders • Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, QA, DevOps, product, and vendors • Translate business requirements into technical tasks and milestones • Track project progress, manage risks, dependencies, and issues, and implement mitigation plans • Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies (as applicable) • Ensure adherence to project management best practices, SDLC, and quality standards • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership • Manage project budgets, resources, and documentation • Support release planning and post-implementation reviews Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies • Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana) • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving and risk management abilities Preferred Qualifications • Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent) • Experience working with cloud platforms, APIs, databases, or infrastructure projects • Background in software development or engineering • Experience managing distributed or remote teams
